The Ohio State University Army ROTC provides color guard support for various types of events throughout the year. If you are considering requesting color guard support from us, please read the following before sending in your request.

1. All requests must be received during the school breaks so that the events can be incorporated into our calendar. Any requests outside of these dates will not be honored.

Request Times: Summer Break (June to August), Winter Break (December), Spring Break (3^rd week of March)

2. The following organizations have priority for services; The Ohio State University, Federal and State government, Veterans organizations (case by case basis). All others are considered civilian organizations and therefore, not eligible for color guard support.

3. When requesting color guard support, include the following; Your full name or point of contact, Organization, Contact phone number, Contact email address, Purpose of the request, Date, time, and location of event.

4.
