9/11 Stair Climb

Department of Military Science and Leadership

The stair climb is symbolic of the 110 floors of the World Trade Center towers and serves as a powerful reminder of the heroism displayed by the firefighters, police officers, and emergency personnel who faced unimaginable challenges that day. Participants will climb the equivalent of 110 flights of stairs within the stadium, honoring those who perished and supporting those who continue to serve our communities.

Parking for the event will be in the Northwest portion of the Stadium Parking Lot and will not require a pass from 0500 to 0900.

How to Participate:

Registration: Please register in advance.

Preparation: We recommend wearing comfortable athletic attire and bringing water to stay hydrated.

On the Day: Check-in begins at 05:30. The event will commence with an opening ceremony at 05:50 AM, followed by the stair climb.

Whether you are participating as an individual or part of a team, your presence and involvement will make a significant impact. Together, we will honor the memory of those lost and show our appreciation for the courage and dedication of our first responders.
